This movie is made under the banner Wide angle creations produced by Suresh Balaje, George Pius, Sunir Khetrapal. Producer Shobha has bagged the Telugu dubbing rights of this film and releasing the movie on SVR Media banner.
David Billa is a prequel to Ajith's Super hit 'Billa' in which the makers are showcasing the raise of 'Billa'. Yuvan Shankar Raja is the music director and R D Rajasheker is the cinematographer.
