The movie was shot at various beautiful locations such as Kashmir, Shimla, Dehradun and Thailand. The campus flick stars newcomers Siddharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan (director David Dhawan's son) and Alia Bhatt (filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt's daughter). It also marks the debut of Boman Irani’s son – Kayoze Irani. Apart from the new comers, a buzz was created about Shahrukh Khan playing the role of a professor in the movie. However, later they decided to go with Rishi Kapoor for the role of a professor.
With such beautiful locations, fresh new faces and controversies the audience are sure excited about this movie which is slated to release on 19th October. So, for all you fans of Karan Johar this is a movie you ought to watch.
