The reason behind denying the title has a different story. Actor Chetan Chandra and Ravi Teja’s common friend promised to give the title for the new film. When the publicity for Chetan Chandra eight pack abs started and invitation was also printed as ‘Simha Raasi’ it was time for the registration of the title at the KFCC before the muhuruth.
When Chetan Chandra and Ravi Teja inquired at the KFCC they were denied the title. Three days before the title ‘Simha Raasi’ was renewed at the KFCC was the reply they got. The title was not renewed for last six years. Probably remembering this title in KFCC with somebody for ‘Simha Raasi’ Telugu remake film starring V Ravichandran the title was kept at ‘Narasimha’ by producer N Kumar.
For the breach of trust and friendship Chetan Chandra and Ravi Teja felt very unhappy. But they had to come from KFCC without a proper title for the film.
Ravi Teja went a step ahead on Wednesday at the muhurut of the film briefing. He said if the title ‘Simha Raasi’ film is not made and sold to somebody I would take serious note of this he said.
