‘Parie' Music Review - Variety is the call of the Day

Music director Veer Samarth with strong background in Hindustani music has given a very good mixture. There are tunes that fit for all class of audience. In ‘Parie’ the mainstay seems to be the songs as of now. The roping in of many singers and interest taken to make all the songs apt is evident in the work of music director. Lyricist turned director Sudhir Atthavar has given extra interest for the songs is also known from this album

1. Mugilina Madhu...

Mugilina Mathu Musala Dhare Manasali Preethi Harasidhe…..the first song is well written and well sung by Udhith Narayan and Sadhana Sargam. A duet song in which the male singer says Belakina bale… Poornanjai Bava, Geethanjali Nadha, Premanjali Poojya,,,,Prema Panditya PRiti Sahitya Sangama are well arrived at by the lyrist.

Ashada Kalidaithe….Shravana Kunithaidhe….Banigu Bhumigu Bigutha Bagutha Sambandha Hadaithe… a chorus song set for the Lambani culture. It appears as a marriage song. The introduction of folk culture and heritage is a worth knowing. The high pitch of Mysore Janni is too good.

3. Miruguthidhe Edeyolage...

Miruguthidhe Edeyolage….the magic voice of Shaan and Gayathri Ganjawal is mesmerizing. A duet again in the album in good standards! The variations in the voice are fantastic. It is western and also classical in nature. There is a sort of reeling effect in this song.

Kandikeri Hudagranna….is a fast song….Kandikeri Hudagranna madu Nee Chitranna…appears to be an item song in the album. The chorus song with dancers is a situational song it seems.

The song not to be missed in the album is Ninna Premadha Pariye Naa Nariye Kanakangi…..very popular song already. A love song the expressions are apt and lyric of veteran poet KS Narasimhaswamy is the real beauty. The playing of Tamburi is good in the middle. Even the waves come and invite for your palace and I know the extent of love. In your heart is my mind.

The last but one is the theme song of this album.

5. Jam Jam Jharira….Sharira…

Jam Jam Jarira….Sharira…..sung by Usha Uthup…. This is a romantic song. Rangina Rathri… Doorada Betta….Kaduva Manasali Kamane Kadihudhu…..Nashe Taro whisky Vismaya…..this is a party song as various emotions are mixed in this song. A song on the beach side with favorite drink is apt. The famous songs of LR Ishwari, Rasika Rasika Mellane Thurado… a few kicking lines are also from JoKe Nannu Balliya Minchu….Isaviyenu Eppatharu…Veshava Nodu Ippathharu…Dooradinda Bandantha Sundaranga Jaana….
