SRK offers to be a stripper

Shah Rukh Khan was recently invited to the inaugural ceremony of the 42nd International Film Festival of India (IFFI) that is held in Goa. And Shahrukh being the showman that he is made sure that the audiences were in for a treat when he gave the promising film fest a rocking start in his famous humorous and witty style. The actor had the audiences in splits ever since he took over the dais. Shah Rukh was the chief guest at the inauguration of the 11-day festival and gelling to the Goan mood, the actor stated that he wanted to come in his Jamaican shorts but had to pick the formal suit instead of the beach wear. He however teased the audience when he offered to strip to his ‘bermudas’ on audience demand. He took the joke forward and dragged union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Ambika Soni into the conversation and stated that she is willing to see him strip.

However later Ambika Soni and Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat confessed that SRK was extremely cordial in attending the fest without much fuss and demands. The inaugural ceremony was attended by Tisca Chopra and actress Rituparna Sengupta whereas stars like Madhuri Dixit and Freida Pinto too are expected to attend the festival in coming days.
