Crucial Day for HD KUMARASWAMY couple

The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday adjourned to Wednesday hearing on a petition filed by former chief minister HD Kumaraswamy andhis wife Anita seeking anticipatory bail in connection with the summons issued to them by the Lok Ayuktha court in two cases of alleged corruption. Judge 1 Narayanaswamy issued a notice to Lok Ayukta Police on the petitions. ‘I can’t pass any order without hearing the prosecution’, the judge responded as the counsel for couple submitted that there is likelihood of an arrest warrant being issued against Kumaraswamy when he appears before the special Lok Ayuktha court on Wednesday.
The Lok Ayuktha judge Sudheendra Rao will decide on the verdict today on HD Kumaraswmay and Anitha Kumaraswamy.
