Yuvan rocks

Simbhu and Yuvan Shankar Raja share a good rapport. Almost all films that featured the duo together had hit songs. So expectations are high on Vaanam. Yuvan doesn't disappoint and has given racy riveting numbers.

Vaanam is an interesting album with catchy songs

Evan Di Una Pethan…(Silambarasan & Yuvan)

Penned by Silambarasan and Yuvan Shankar Raja, a perfect song for the whole album. It is peppy, energetic and westernised number. Silambarsan sings it with vigour while, Yuvan pitches in with English lyrics.
Simple lyrics and is sure to rock the dance floors.

Cable Raja (Abhishek & Lawrence)
A peppy number again that is sure to catch the craze of youngsters. Simbhu plays a character called Cable Raja in the movie and hence this song might be his intro number.  Both Abhishek and Lawrence has rendered this number well.

Who Am I (Benny Dayal)
Penned by Na Muthukumar, the song is more  a music troupe like one. Supposedly shot on Bharath, the song has western beats and Yuvan strikes with his choice of instruments. The use of live drums is good.

No Money No Honey (Silambarasan, Andrea, Srikanth Deva)
Penned by Na Muthukumar, its again a racy song that speaks on the value of money in life. Silambarasan, Andrea and Srikanth Deva have rendered thundering vocals.Kudos to Srikanth Deva. Sure to top charts

On the whole, it is an interesting album with catchy songs. With young singers involved, Yuvan has given a racy riveting number.
